San Francisco Fleet Week - Blue Angels Air Show Video
Blue Angels Air Show & Parade of Ships
San Francisco Fleet Week takes place every October. This must-see event includes a Parade of U.S. Navy Ships, Survey Flights and Practice Air Shows, Ship Tours and the Blue Angels Air Shows. The Blue Angels perform precision aerial acrobatics and death-defying stunts over San Francisco Bay and along the skyline. And you sure can’t beat the iconic Golden Gate Bridge as one of the most beautiful backdrops to this fun event.
Best Viewing Locations
Best viewing locations include the Marina Green, Aquatic Park, Pier 39, Muni Pier and the San Francisco waterfront. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed bird’s eye views of the Air Shows at private rooftop parties and corporate events on San Francisco Bay. Watch our videos and be sure to turn up the sound to get the full effect. Past seasons have drawn millions of spectators so plan to arrive in SF early to get a good spot. If you’re planning to be out on the bay on a sailboat, yacht or a ferry, be sure to book up well in advance during this busy time of year.
See the sights of San Francisco at your own pace aboard a fun hop-on hop-off Double-Decker Bus Tour. The fully-narrated tour lasts around 75 minutes if you stay on the bus for the full loop. The tour covers all of central San Francisco – Fisherman’s Wharf, Ferry Building, Union Square, Chinatown, North Beach, and Lombard Street. Hop-on-and-off at your leisure at any of the 24 stops. Tour also includes a trip across the Golden Gate Bridge. Or take a fun Walking Tour of the city’s famous neighborhoods.
