St. Mark’s Square

If you can’t be at St. Mark’s Square in Venice, the one in Vegas is pretty close to it! Opera singers, carnivale characters, street performers, instrumentalists and mime artists provide free entertainment in St. Mark’s Square and along the Venetian’s quarter-mile Grand Canal. Enjoy “al fresco” courtyard dining, great food and fun people-watching. Stop by Cocolini’s Gelato Bar, nestled in the heart of St. Mark’s Square in The Venetian Resort. Their gelato is just as good as the gelato we had on our honeymoon in Venice.

The Grand Canal Shoppes are set along the Venetian’s Grand Canal, near St. Mark’s Square. Shop at over 160 upscale stores and trendy fashion boutiques as you stroll along the cobblestone walkways and bridges of the Grand Canal. Take a romantic gondola ride with your honey along the canal.
