We love visiting New York City. During Summer months, if you can’t be at the beach, what better place to be on a sunny day than out on the water at Central Park Lake. Rent a Row Boat and cruise the lake at your leisure. Or take your honey on a romantic Gondola Ride in an authentic Venetian Gondola with expert gondoliers.
Explore the lake on foot or by bike, following the winding pathways along the shoreline. Boat rentals are available at Loeb Boathouse. The Boathouse is located on the East Side, between 74th and 75th Streets, at the northeastern tip of Central Park. Bike rentals are also available daily.
Afterwards, enjoy a drink at the casual outdoor waterfront Bar & Grill. It has a lovely European feel to it. Fun for visitors and locals too. Wish we were there now!
