Las Vegas offers so many Fun Things To Do 24/7. And many of the attractions are FREE! We’ve put together some of our favorite “freebies.” Check them out and let us know if there are any more we should add to the list.
The Fountains of Bellagio
The Fountains of Bellagio is one of the most popular attractions on the Strip. In our opinion, it’s the best show in town! Day or night, it’s a “must-see” when visiting Vegas. We try to see this whenever we’re in town. The fountains dance to music, ranging from Opera, Country and Classical, to Pop and Broadway Show Tunes. Night shows are pure magic. Arrive early to get a good viewing spot along the street promenade directly on Las Vegas Strip, facing Bellagio’s lake.
Bellagio Botanical Gardens
The resort also features an indoor Botanical Gardens that changes with the seasons. And if you’re a chocolate-lover, you won’t want to miss seeing Chef Jean-Philippe’s breathtaking glass-enclosed floor-to-ceiling Chocolate Fountain. According to Guinness World Records, it’s the largest chocolate fountain in the world!
Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and Atlantis Fountain Laser Light Show
Enjoy fabulous shopping at the world-famous Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. See talking statues, dancing fountains and a faux sky that changes from day to night, and back again. See the Atlantis Fountain Laser Light Show that takes place next to the Aquarium, inside Caesars Palace. The free 10-minute show features King Atlas in an animatronic battle filled with fire, smoke, water, and great special effects.
Fremont Street Experience & Viva Vision Light Show
Visit downtown “Old Las Vegas” and see the amazing Viva Vision Light Show at the Fremont Street Experience. The world’s largest laser computer-driven light show is a family-friendly high-tech light-and-sound extravaganza that you (and your kids) won’t want to miss!
MGM’s Lion Habitat
Visit MGM’s Lion Habitat and watch the lions and lion cubs as they interact with each other. It’s no surprise that this popular Vegas animal attraction draws over one million visitors a year!
Carnival Midway at Circus-Circus
Enjoy live daily circus acts on the Carnival Midway at Circus-Circus. The world’s largest permanent circus is fun for kids and big kids too!
Lake of Dreams Light & Laser Show
Lake of Dreams “light & laser” show takes place at Wynn Las Vegas. The show shimmers over the lake with 4,000 color-changing lights and magnificent special effects. Surreal doesn’t even begin to describe this unique entertainment. Depending on the season (and weather), the short 4-5 minute shows kick off every evening (after dark) and continue approximately every 15-30 minutes until midnight.
These are just but a few of the fun things to do for free. And there’s a whole lot more!
